NEW Silver Camaro with Sunroof ----What stripes to get???? ----PHOTOS----
Hi Guys
I would love to hear what you guys think and any photos you have. I just picked up my new silver Camaro with sunroof. This is what I'm thinking 1 of these 3 set ups. I'm having them painted on in Gloss black. 1.Stripes with pin stripe on hood and trunk only?? 2.Stripes with pinstripe on hood and trunk and ALL black roof to tie the sunroof in?? 3. He'll with it just keep it all silver :-) Let me know what you guys think. |

If you are undecided whether to go with stripes or not I would first install decals and see if you like the look after a while. Then have them painted on. Otherwise I like the second picture better with the pinstripe border.

Black stripes , no roof. I don't like the roof strip thing. Makes it look more like a ford mustang. Yuk.

You could buy the strip decal kit from gm and put it on and if you hate it just peel them off instead of painting and then regretting the colour choice.

Hi had the paint guy do the stripes on my mustang 6 years ago and they still look brand new and I like them a lot. :-) I think it's just finding out if I should paint the roof/with sunroof or not.
I think the black would be best just due to me buying Brembo take offs and I was going to have the powder coated red? My mustang below. My son is going to be using it. |

Nice car but I wouldn't put strips like that on a camaro. I'm just to much of a purist I guess. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I would go with the Black decals on front/back (nothing on the roof) at first. I would love to see what flat Black painted rally stripes would look like.

Yes, that would look great on a silver car. I install my own after the dealership refused saying it was to hard to install and I had to take it to a decal shop. After the decal shop refused because it was not a "3M" product I did it myself after watching some YouTube videos on install. Came out perfect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I'm probably in minority but I would leave it like it is.
