how does the interior trim come out and doors too

I found some yellow inserts to go in the dash of my 1ss and also has door panels. My question is are the inserts glued in and the doors snapped on? I dont have my car yet or I could answer my own question but I am patiently waiting
thanks

Is there a DIY on this anywhere? I didn't have much luck finding one if there is.

For those that have done this, or at least have an idea how to do it...does the entire door panel have to be removed for these trim pieces to come off as well or can they be removed by themselves??

Ive read they are plastic riveted in, but I don't know much else, like where these rivets are located or how to get to them.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Where did you find the inserts? Are other colors available yet?
