Whipple on E85 wanna go with smaller pulley

So I have a 2014 camaro ss 1le , currently have stock bottom end , stage 4 pds cam, headers , corsa exhaust, e85, 2.9 whipple on a 3.875 pulley. I made 700whp. Can I go with a 3.75 pulley and still be ok ? Worries about breaking. Also considering 3.65 pulley

Anything over 650whp is considered risky. You could probably drop 2 sizes and be ok but it's a risk. Seems like a pretty conservative tune since i'm at the same power on 93
