wanted to poke my nose in on this thread and give kudos to Chris for such an amazingly detailed and thorough build! Can't wait to see where this goes!

Yup! That's. good idea, I did mine that way too. I mated the front/back steam holes together and then to the radiator! That looks good bud

Good choice on heads.

Your project is starting to look like a motor that you would see on a SEMA engine stand. Its going to look too good to put in the car LOL.

I was kinda thinking the same thing! I think that LSX's motor and Nathens car should be put in the C5 Museum for Outstanding Craftsmanship! Lols!

Got the engine compartment prepped for paint.

Also re-taping the wiring harness.

I see a stock converter in that first pic. Are you going to upgrade that as well? Its highly recommended. It can make a world of difference.

Yes I am going with a 3000/3200 converter. The cam was spec'ed for this converter and the heads.

Today I received this new product from ARP. They now make Rocker Arm Studs for LS Engines. Much better than the stock bolts.
