Named mine Leroy because the day I picked it up from the dealer Bad Bad Leroy Brown was the first song that came up on my phone.

So I really have to ask you guys that name your cars. I've never really understood it. Is this something you just use around the house when you're with the family? Or do you actually sit with your friends at a bar and say "well, I've got to go out and warm up the brown bomber before I leave" … My friends woud be throwing me out of the freaking bar if I said something like that… honestly, Just curious…

My 5th gen was “Big Red” and my 6th gen is “Blizzard”. I gues it’s a club thing with me. My friends named their Camaros “Nikita”, “Hulk”, “Beavis”, etc. It’s just a fun thing to do.

Edit: The names just reflect the attitude or themes of the car.

Mines named Ellie also - first car I've owned that I've named and I'm not generally of the habit in naming inanimate objects.

...I think it must be love...!

Named mine Black Betty and the song by Ram Jam is her theme song! She's sexy like betty boop and black on black on black

I also named my Harley Crossbones: LowBo (lowered bones)

My first Camaro, my 88 IROC was named Emily by a buddy of mine. My plate was 975 EMY so he just ran with it. My friends adopted that as the name for it as well.

I never named another car, until my current 17SS. Named it Anubis. Front view of it reminds me of the face depictions of the Egyptian God Anubis. 👍🏻
