question about SLP loudmouth II

If I installed the SLP loudmouth II axle back on my camaro for now. Then would it be possible to install the powerflow-x cross over pipe later on down the road? then add slp headers after that?

Yes you can,BUT,I put an SLP Loudmouth II axle back set up on my 2011 ss. I absolutely hate the sound of it. Its barely louder than the stock exhaust, and sounds like I have a v-6(no offense). I called SLP and they offered no help other than told me to buy an x-pipe.The video SLP uses is very mis-leading. It sounds nothing like the video.
Even the guys at the muffler shop were surprised that it didnt sound much louder. So I basically threw $600 out the window. Im not sure which set up I will switch to but Im thinking Borla. Maybe I can sell the SLP setup to a mustang owner...lol.

Has anyone seen what is inside the resonator on the L99? I have the GM axle backs and they sound ok, they just need to be louder.

Car I just got came with an SLP axleback on it, sounds great and much different than the stock SS's I drove.

Maybe I don't have the same type?
