"Best" Gas and Tips for usage in a Supercharged Car

I had my original Tuner mention the car was tuned on Summer Gas, and recommended that I should preferrably use a 93 or better octane fuel with a Summer Blend Gas. That is available in my area after June 1st.

Another discussion is "Top Tier" (Tier-2 or Tier-3) Gas? Is it just additives and detergents?

Lastly, storage impact on Gasoline (degradration). Many of us store our cars over the Winter, and the Gas can be 5+ months old. Whatever is left in the tank CAN be drained, but that is a involved process (reference various threads like removing the filler pipe at the tank).

There is of course a slew of articles on Gasoline and performance, and the key factor on blends is usually the goal of lower emissions, but what is the impact if any on tuning?

Does any of this really make a difference and would have any impact to the tune? And what are the Best Practices or recommendations?

So, for example, is it really necessary to use Summer Gas, Top Tier Fuel, and drain out old gas after storage to ensure best performance and avoid any impact to the Vehicle Tune and performance? And if you don't, can it cause issues like hard starting and potential damage to the Engine and Supercharger?

Pri-G is supposedly what is used at the tank farms to keep fuel fresh, supposedly keeps it good for 5 years. I have been using it for about 2 years now in everything that sits and can say they all start right up. A top tier 93 octane is the best to use for storage because of the extra detergent additives. You might want to consider an E85 conversion if you can get it in your area. You have to run a few tanks of 93 before storage but it will really wake your blower up.
