Need help with P0137/0157 and P1133/1153 Please...
Hi Folks. New to this forum and new to Gen5 ownership...and already I have a DTC problem and need help.
Car is a 2010 2SS with 68K on the clock. Just bought from an enthusiast in PA where there are no emissions, so it came with long tube headers, cat delete and a 3” Flowmaster cat back setup with resonnator delete and minimal mufflers. It was LOUD. Since MD is definitely an emissions state, I kept the LT headers and pre O2 sensors, installed high flow cats, a stock 2 ½ system with post cat O2 sensors and a Legato 3” axle back setup. Sounds very nice and not overpowering. Since the car did not throw any codes when I got it, I assume it had a tune which omitted the post cat O2 sensors but I also assume that an ECM that ignored the post cat O2 sensors wouldn't pass MD emissions. Anyone know if this is true. Loaded a Diablosport tune for starters and immediately got 4 codes: 0133/1153 –Pre Cat O2 sensors – insufficient switching 1133/1153 - Post Cat O2 sensors – circuit low voltage I doubt all 4 sensors would simultaneously fail or have wiring issues so I assume it's a tune issue I have an Autel scanner and it showed that the car is operating in closed loop and all 4 O2 sensors are sending signals but voltages range between 0 and 1 volt. Never gets any higher. A search of the archives here suggests that headers may require a faster switching O2 sensor like ones for a Corvette. Also suggests that low voltage could be a wiring problem, but a cursory inspection of the wiring shows no kinks, melting or corrosion of the connectors. So here are the questions:

Did you put the factory tune back in before using the new tuner? I believe your issue is going to be with the tune and with your set up may need a custom tune probably will be able to be done though the mail as this is a basic set up.
Evey state tests for emissions different, Some look further into ECM than others and I have no clue what your stat does, If it is just a visual and a check to make sure no cels are on and all monitors are set you may be fine with rears tuned out.
