LSA swap woes/codes P0122 and P0223 and U0109

Hey all, i need some advice here, i recently put a brand new LSA blower on my 2010 camaro ss L99, i bought the kit from west michigan tech auto, comes with everything needed to do the swap, anyway, i did a vvt delete kit and afm obviously, changed lifters, valve springs ect, the cam is a cam motion PDS cam, 232/246 duration, 604/621 lift split on a 118 lsa + 2 overlap, 1000cc fuel injector connection injectors. Zl1 fuel pump all brand new, i installed ADM's 3 belt lsa belt drive setup, got everything all buttoned up and got a startup tune, start the car and the car surges at idle, like blower surge, the car is throwing codes P0122, P0223, and also U01009, fuel pressure is at 60 psi, the rails are getting fuel for sure, i installed a new GM acdelco throttle body and used Hptuners and used the "throttle clean" option, my tuner has done like 10 revisions and the car still surges at idle and dies when put into drive, the codes that are being thrown are in the pic, throttle pedal sensor codes, only one ground was removed during the lsa swap, and its back on tight, no wires were spliced or cut for anything, the kit came with a throttle body extension from caspers, i checked that harness, everything looks fine there, i just bought a new acdelco throttle pedal with sensor for 2010-2015 camaro ss and zl1, hopefully that does the trick, fyi before this swap, the car had a GPI ss1 vvt cam, headers ect, car ran perfect, tuned by ryan at gpi. These codes were non existent prior to this swap, car has 100k miles on it, has anyone ever ran into this issue before?

Did you replace the FPCM or is it setup in the tune?

I bought an ADM fpcm and installed it, then after seeing that code, i just put the stock one back in thinking the code would go away.

Permanent codes are not current so if the switch was turned on while the equipment was disconnected the codes will stay in memory until the car is ran enough that the test can rerun and clear. And some of the codes may need multiple passing test before they clear.

Ok thank you, i think it was the throttle body that was just old and tired and took a crap, i installed a new factory gm gold blade, but i wasnt able to do a proper relearn for it, so i unhooked the battery all night so the pcm could reset.

Just got in today — was going to say tune for sure, glad you got it fixed. We modified my stock tune on first start to get it close then tweaked it afterwards…
