Replacement Mosaic Black has full paint

I picked up my replacement car today for my Camaro missing The black base coat in several spots. Happy to report that this car has paint everywhere.

These pics are a lot of the problem areas on these cars. As you can see this one is good. I checked for some of the other problems I had read about on here and I'm happy to report everything on this car seems great.
A big thanks to Steve and Joa at Friendly Chevrolet for making this process quick (other than having to order the car) and stress free.

Was your car a 3/7 TPW? Damn, it got down there quick if so!

Never mind, I saw you are a 2/29, but then that gives me great hope of getting my car by the end of next week! I am 700 miles from the plant. You are a little further...

Congrats. What a concept, fully painted not two-tone black and primer.

Nice! My TPW is 4/11 with mosaic black metallic so my fingers are crossed that they have worked out their QC issues. Congrats on a beautiful car - I hope mine looks the same.

I'm happy for you Davet435! I wonder how Netslave is doing though.
My Mosaic has some light base issues on the trunk lid and latch area, but not very much.
One place I am wondering about is the roof ditch molding on your new Camaro. How is the paint there?
Mine, and every Mosaic I have seen, have the light base coverage issue in that specific area. Even the regular black ones I have seen have that issues.

Yes it does. I still wonder how many got through like that. They actually didn't do any make ready per my request. It will need next to no correction. Just amp up the gloss a little.
Still not sure what I'm going to put on it. I have the Mosaic Black specific PA Cosmic, and the new GTechniq Crystal Syrum I can top with EXO. I may use the UPGP until I figure out what coating I want on it. lol

I'm very happy to hear this!!

I know what it's like driving a car you want to love, but can't due to "something".

Now you can drive the crap out of it with a Permagrin!
