The scoop need to be tune
I want to install washer relocation and the scoop my questions is the scoop need to be tune guy on YouTube say after installing the scoop the car run rich has to be tune that is true?

I just want to know before install the scoop some people say more air flow has to be tune cause check engine light I just want to be sure
