This is the first I've read about anyone having this issue, definitely not my experience with BMR springs. I'd suggest taking it back to the shop and checking the installation. Even if you did the work yourself, I don't see how it doesn't need to come back apart to inspect it.

OP said he has H&R Springs

I suspect he has Shock issues

I apologize they’re BMR not HR and it’s not a shock issue I had them checked

Springs hold the car up - Shocks (Dampers) control the Motion. Without Shocks or with Bad Shocks, you would be Bouncy.

How were your Shocks & Certified?

You most likely have limited shock travel now since lowered, it happens until you run a shorter shock. I raised mine back up cause looking cool doesn't beat a good ride. Go with coilovers.

lowering springs are always going to make a car more bouncy. The springs have to match the shock damping curves.

Lowering springs are for looks only, NEVER a good idea if your goal is to improve handling. You need coilovers to do it right if you want a lower stance.

Did you time the bushings after the spring install?

It has been said that it's rarely a good idea to apply words like NEVER and ALWAYS, as you'll only look foolish in the end.

Or do the GM kit that comes with matched shocks. May not drop as much but seems most folks that have it love it (ride/handling)
