Connection Pipes for Long tube headers question

I recently ordered a pair of long tube headers that did not include the connection pipes(correct term?). Anyway I need something to connect the headers to my actual exhaust.

Would this work? http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS-Performan...oductId=752878

What brand headers? Is your exhaust 3" or stock? You will need either:

http://www.apex-speed.com/stainless-...s-catelim.html

The ones you listed will likely be too long.

So I could just clamp it to the headers, and the actual exhaust pipe? It should be a straight shot back to it right?

I'm from Laredo, but I'm a college student, don't really have enough for shop to do it.

I was thinking I would either clamp it on both sides(if that was possible?). Or clamp it on the headers, and have a shop weld the opposite side to the exhaust pipe.

Speed Engineering. Stock exhaust. I got them longer because I could always cut them down. Didn't want them to be too short. I like the ones you posted, should I just return mine when I get them and order those?
