The spare is 135/70/18, 25.4" tall; smaller than the factory tire, 18" or 20" IT won't
"HURT" the car, may mess with the stability system, traction control. IT will be
turning faster than the other three at 794 revolutions per mile -vs- 407 revs per
mile with the factory 28.6" tire.

Not with an open differential.

If you have an LSD, then take one of the front tires, move it to the effected
wheel, then put the spare up front. Problem solved.
