Extra Set of Wheels

I finally decided on a shop to get my wheels powder coated. Im trying to avoid having to purchase jack stands and a jack to leave the car on while the wheels are getting sprayed. If anyone has a spare set of wheels here in the Central Texas area and would be willing to let me toss them on for a couple days. They wouldn't be used at all. The car isn't my daily driver, so it would be just sitting in the garage for a couple days. I haven't committed to any certain date of when im getting this done, just sometime in the near future. If anyone can help me out or has some good ideas i would appreciate it.
thanks for the time

buy a set of stands and a jack you tight a$$. they are handy and you can usually find a deal this time of year. I have 2 jacks and 8 stands... great to have around.

I'd lend you a set but the commute would be rough! and I love the plate! Looks great!

easier to just ask someone to borrow jack stands. Maybe your friendly mechanic will let you.

Tommy, comment much appreciated. By the way, nice shirt.

Guess I'm going to go with jack stands, found a place nearby called southern customs. Not sure if anyone has dealt with them before but they seem to know what they are doing. Hoping to have them done by new years.

Maybe the shop you're having powdercoat your wheels has some stands they'll let you borrow?

Is Lou still working there? I've known him since 1998(?) and he's good people. He used to work at Connell.

Thanks, actually one of my favs. If you like it that much I could let you borrow it since you're not wanting to spend any money that's not needed.

I have dealt with them before they did a really great job on my tint and the tint on my daughters car. Their prices are very reasonable.

Hi Clayton,
It was nice meeting you at the meet and greet at Cabela's in Buda last Saturday night. Nice car. I remember you talking about coating the wheels.
I'd like to see 'em at the next get together. Sure they'll be awesome!

btw.. I cruised up to Harker Heights and Ft Hood area to see where you guys meet up. Probably be at your next one at Harker Heights.
Just let me know and I'll cruise up. Might even bring my wife next time!

Good luck on the wheels!
Take good care.
