I’m pretty sure the 2017 with 6MT will go for about 50-52k by the end of the year. Mileage will be most likely between 15k-25k. Highly doubt they will be lower. I under stand this is a camaro and not an exotic but considering how many there are and what they have they are a bargain at that price already. You may not want to pay more than 50k for one and you can probably find one for 47k+ but the miles will be in the 30s for sure. Not bad really but just something to consider.

Can we get back to the topic and leave the comparison with other cars to different thread?

Not currently in this market. I have a lot of technology at my disposal and that is a big negative according to VAuto. The market is ever-changing & summer time is the peak for these type of cars.

What technology??? Dealers are asking low 50s. ASKING price. Many new ZL1 owners have said they bought their ‘17 models for low 50s with 5k or less on the odometer. Go ask in the ZL1 section lol. Only technology I need is my iPhone 8.

You don’t think this dealer will
Come down 2k??? And it’s an A10 (more costly) with 500 total miles. Members are buying NEW for 60k. |

Would you look at that? Mass produced cars do drop in value. GM products just tend to drop even harder (quality control and stealership experience will do that to a brand, no matter how nice the car is) , especially when most folks can't tell you what an SS or ZL1 is.
May be the previous owner should've modded their car. I have it from a good source that mods increase the value of the car to the future owner. Some mods hold 70% of their value, they are "investments", you see? |

Exactly. These ‘17 ZL1’s are two years old now. Honestly 50k on one is pretty good resale for them IMHO. Just look at the C7Z market, 16 models that MSRP’d at over a hundred thousand are selling with low miles in the 70s., |

Internet price is non negotiable. It is not a negotiating start point. It’s like negotiating with Carmax. Hopefully you get the gist of it. Carmax does not negotiate.

Lol. I didn't always agree with him/her, but I'm with GhostZL1. I will probably need another car, will wait for an auto ZL1 with low miles to drop to mid 40s.....

I suggest you bring your checkbook with you the next time you go to carmax and try again. For reference to online prices, I negotiated down my dealer's online only "last price" from 32000 to 30,500 on a "rare" 2ss 7k miles with the "rare" MRC sunroof NPP combo of options. Others have done better. But I just wanted this one since it was white. Saves me a lot of derailing. I guess some folks hate saving money or just have to have it now and justify it by saying it's a "rare" car |
