So nobody wants to/can go to the drag race with us? I'm the only Camaro going in our group of 10.

Lightbulb Just musing...

This coming Friday is Snapkas nostalgia night, right? I'll try to stop by for a Camaro presense. My kids want to take me to supper (birthday) one of these nights, but I'll try to be on time for A&W this week. I'll know for sure later this week, but I should be going to the day shift next week, which means autocross will be on the calendar for me...as long as I can afford these Goodyear F1s...

Oh, BTW, this water restriction thing is going to suck. I was only handwashing my car once a week usually Friday or Saturday my days off. Now I'm forced to do it on Tuesdays, my garbage day. I'll have to go to a car wash for the weekends now where they don't like us to bucket wash... I guess most of us are in the same <koff> boat...unless garbage day is Friday for you.

I wonder if Mike S even sees water in Dubai... Poor Mike; come home safe, now!

Tara

What does the water restriction have to do with car washing? The only thing I saw was no watering between 10am and 6pm. I have my cars in a garage though most of the time so once a week works.

We won't be able to do the San Antonio thing...way to late to be out with two young'uns. Who all is going to try to do Snapkas or A&W. Jason probably won't be in until Saturday evening but I may try to do both anyway.

Clark,

It's one of the city's water restrictions that went into effect on 24June. Bucket wash only on your garbage day. Even then, no water may reach the gutter. They're clamping down big time. Commercial car washes are not affected.

Well say what you will but, I am not going to change how I wash my cars. I don't wash more than once a week so I don't see why I should have to do it on Thrusday instead of Saturday so that it clean for A&W.

Hope I don't go thirsty this summer or I will have to come over and drink the water off your car as you wash the Timberwof.
