We are still planing on our car show in Ottumwa btw rain or shine, but I understand if the garage queens don't come out. Honestly if I wasn't the show organizer I probably wouldn't be there with my camaro.

OMG right. I was getting a bunch of PMs @ $350 when I was wanting $700. One guy even was giving me this speal how much more I wanted for mine and I looked up an old thread and that guys started at $1000 bucks and ended up selling for $700 PLUS SHIPPING. Yet mine at $600 shipped were too high for him.

Well, Gonna try to get the car washed and move it inside to polish and detail the car for the weekend. Hope it stops raining for a few minutes!!!

Yeah selling stuff on here is almost a joke. I tried to sell my old Roto-Fab on here. I was asking $225 shipped including an extra filter and recharge kit. People wanted $175 shipped. I said screw it and gave it to a much more deserving member of our own.

What whirlwind of a day! I spent the afternoon at the Cedar Fall Raceway. I ran into Obsessive Camaro Disorder there. It was nice to meet you! Hopefully I will see you there again sometime. As I was in the staging lanes I got a call from my dad to go to Ames for hunting in the morning. So I got in 2 passes before I left. 1st pass (ever) I ran a 14.3 @ 106.xx. Horrible 60' due to bogging and then the 2nd gear synchro decided it didn't like me. Finally got it in 2nd and finished with the time above. 2nd pass comes up; I did my burnout and decided I would launch at a higher rpm due to the bog last time. The lights drop, I drop the clutch and proceed to leave a 52' burnout! Haha. Finished that pass at 15.4 @ 107.xx mph. So, I head home and pack my stuff then leave for Ames. I get 30 minutes from my dads house and I smoke a raccoon @ 60mph. I KNOW RIGHT!! The coon bent the crap out of my JacFab license plate bracket. The bumper got a some small scuffs/chips from the bracket. Nothing severe. I planned on having the front bumper repainted since it already has some pretty nasty road rash. Or I will get an aftermarket bumper eventually.

Anyway, I'm now enjoying a beer before I get some sleep. What will I take away from this day? Racing is fun and you guys will see me out more often!

Sounds awesome Jason!

I wish I would have taken my CAI intake, scoop, washer bottle off before I traded in. I would have just given them to an ICE member.

On the plus side I really, really like my Chevy Volt. Should hold me off until the 2016 camaro...or a Tesla!

I did get bent over without lube at Karl's though. Cant in good faith recommend them. Should have stuck with Bob Brown.
