I remember the first time I pulled up next to a GTO- I had no idea what it was, or where that beastly sound was coming from.... Not until he took off did I realize it was coming from the car right next to me LOL

The problem with the most recent GTO is the looks. If it had been called something else, there wouldn't have been anywhere near the uproar.

i think its fine, the most recent impala looks nothing like the old impalas. atleast the newer gto was still bad ass.

I had an 04 yellow jacket and then an 06 Brazen Orange. The cars were awesome for sure, but they were bland. The engine sound turned heads, but the car for the most part did not. Of course that just my opinion. Don't get me wrong they are a very nice car.

yea. now i think the car is pretty bland. but i loved it when it came out. it was my dream car for a little bit. lol not any more, but i do wish i could get one to replace my current 4th gen, untill i could get a 5th gen.

You live in FL... you don't deal with snow... GTO's are dead cheap now and make quite a fine daily driver.

And the "Bland" looks are the reason I bought one... I'd rather not have an omg omg look at me car. Or something with forced "retro" styling.
