DV8Motoring Camaro SS Convertible 600 HP
Our shop Camaro SS is for sale. Those of you shopping for a 600 hp supercharged convertible, look no further. Springtime is here, and you are shopping for a convertible, right? This 600 hp (513 hp at the wheels) Victory Red Camaro SS is what you have been looking for! This Camaro was built as a display vehicle for the Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour, where it was featured in the Magnuson Supercharger booth during the 7-day event in 2011. That round trip alone accounts for nearly 3,000 miles of this low mileage Camaro. There is nothing like cruising with the top down in an American musclecar, with a healthy sounding exhaust system, a screaming supercharger, and a loping cam note. In order to make this Camaro SS stand out among the crowd, a long list of modifications have been performed. Deviate Motoring handled the custom aesthetics, while Late Model Racecraft handled the performance upgrades. The best part for you? All of the hard work and time investment is already done. You simply get to drive! 16,100 miles 6-spd automatic transmission 2SS/RS option groups Performance Modifications ($15,550) Magna Charger TVS2300 2.3L supercharger system @ 8 psi boost. ($7200) Kooks 1-7/8" Long-tube headers, offroad, stainless. ($1200) MBRP dual 3" stainless exhaust system. ($1150) Comp Cams custom LMR grind camshaft. ($400) Upgraded valvesprings, retainers, pushrods. ($500) LS3 hydraulic lifter conversion, deleting cylinder deactivation. ($400) Dynojet custom engine and transmission tuning ($500) Cold Air Inductions intake filter system ($400) Pfadt adjustable height/ride coil-over shocks ($2500) iRotors drilled/slotted disk brake rotors ($1100) Hawk Performance Ceramic brake pads ($200) Visual Modifications ($12,050) Modulare Forged M11 3-piece wheels, brushed centers, custom painted lip, 22x9.0 front and 22x11.0 rear ($6400) Pirelli PZero Nero tires, 265/30-22 front and 315/25-22 rear ($1500) Custom painted gloss black hood and trunk stripes, under clearcoat ($1400) Custom painted GM heritage grille, grille surround area, matte black ($300) Custom painted tail panel and light bezels, matte black ($250) Custom painted side marker lights, Victory Red ($250) Houndstooth cloth covered dash and door inserts ($300) Billet Custom Products aluminum valve covers and coil mounting kit ($650) Showstoppers custom engine compartment covers and caps ($1000) Shaved factory emblems Billet front strut covers GM 1969 Camaro SS emblems (installed with adhesive, no holes) Total Modifications Cost, not including installation labor = $27,600! Asking Price: $45,000 As you can see, it would take a lot of cash and time to re-create this vehicle from the ordinary Camaros you see out on the market today. The Camaro was purchased brand new, and customized. Original owner. It has been an excellent display vehicle for promoting our wheel business, but it is time to move on to the next project. This vehicle is currently in the Houston, TX area, and we welcome inspections in person or by 3rd party vehicle inspectors. We are located about 25 minutes from IAH airport, so you can fly into Houston and drive it home. Thanks. I priced about $20,000 less than a new ZL1 convertible. And this one is faster and turns more heads.
