Quiet Tire Options

I have a 2017 1LT with the 245/40/20 Goodyear F1 All Season Run Flats. 36k miles on the set and they have been fine but I swear they have gotten louder over time.

Has anyone maintained a Run Flat and had better luck with a quieter tire option?

I’m willing to buy a spare tire kit if that’s what I need to do and go to a non-run flat if that’s a largely better option.

I have even added some sound proofing, it’s just gotten to that point.

This is a daily driver, mostly highway and I do like a bit of “spirited driving” but it’s a V-6 so I would really prefer to dine al all season option with less noise.

Thank you in advance for your help.
