Selling my house

As I mentioned in other threads, I have not been able to make many gatherings this year. I even missed the Camaro Nationals that I have been attending for several years. This is because I am building a new house. It should be ready by the end of September.

For those of you who have been to my house for mod days, etc. If you know anyone that might be interested in mine, please let me know. I am going to put it on the market near the end of July, but will talk to anyone interested now.

Whewww, what a crazy few months this has been. I can't wait to get back to working on cars.

Here are a few of the 73 now. I'll get it back together so I can move it easy, then finish the quarters and take it back apart to finish the bottom right.

Dan, Good luck with the move and the sell of your house. We just moved from CT to SC. It took several trips as we have 5 cars (toys). This includes as you know a lot of supporting tools and equipment and a 4 post lift. We made it, but not without incident. I am in the process of setting up a new garage. But being retired, I now have the time. Enjoy your new place and keep us up to date on the '73. I already miss the NEC5 guys, Rich

I've been considering moving down south to either NC, CS, or possibly TN as CT taxes drive me nuts every year lol ..... I probably have 2-3 years before we're going to move.

Congratulations Rich, I am sure after the trauma of moving it will be well worth it. I am hoping to move to NC in about 10 years when I retire (I'll be 70 then!) but for now, this will decrease the house maintenance and lower the monthly cost so I can start to think about retirement.

We have had a few showings of the house and hoping one of them works out.

Seeing the new one go up is getting me excited. The attached garage is 40x26 and the detached is 36X30 so I am looking forward to that!

Yes, that is my current house and thank you so much! I have been there 29 years and made many changes. It's hard to leave it but after raising six daughters and all but one have moved out, I don't need all that house anymore. I did add a sixth garage bay to the new one though.
