That was my question. I remember reading something similar about the magnaflow resonated x-pipe breaking but I believe the car had force induction. This was a while back.

i have had mine for like 20K miles and it is fine, not sure how you guys are breaking them...

unless welds have broken from inside and the x pipe structure has physically come undone...

or

the stainless steel and ceramic fiber material has somehow......disappeared, I dunno how you can break something like a muffler....


and if it did break, did you contact magnaflow, cause they do have a pretty damn good warranty on their products that should be intact as long as the installer didn't do something blatantly stupid like....cut a hole in the muffler so everything could fall out.
