I think that’s a really fair price. I’ll sell mine for $43,000. Look around and see what they are going for.

I sold mine for what you have been offered and now I am sick! Been looking at the gen 6 models and they are just crazy on what they are pricing them at. So if I were you make damn sure your wanting out of it or you will regret selling it. This is how I feel now!

10K more than it would bring before covid. That 10K won't fill the void. I'm keeping mine.

Honestly, $43k seems low for a '15. Look at the asking prices for '14-15 and they are in the upper 40's, some in the low 50's.
With not knowing how your car is optioned outside of the stripe kit, condition, issues, etc., it's hard to say. Most '12-13's are in the low to mid 40's with similar mileage. I sold my 2000SS last summer for $17k and got into a '13 ZL1 with 6,400 miles on it (Kooks LT's/ catted, Roto-Fab, Blower pulley and tune) for the price you're currently being offered. Best of luck with your decision. |

GLWS.
As long as my car behaves, I'll never sell. That is how sure I am with my choices. There are lots of reasons for selling; A car choice is a serious one for me so its hard to let go any great car.

Your exactly right! I will tell you what happened to me. I bought the car I just sold off of a dealer in Ohio. I had it shipped here and registered it. Ok so last year my nephew works at a dodge dealer and they had a hellcat come in so I tried to trade with them. They come back and only offered me 23K for my car!! I first thought they were joking but they were serious. They told me since the car sold new in Canada they really did not want it. I said the car is built there so what is the big deal? They just did not want to trade at all. Next day I called a friend of mine who owns a dealership and ask him what he thought about it and he informed me of the same that he will not buy a car if it sold new in Canada. I ask him why and he just said he won't buy one. There has to be a real reason but I could not get one. Ok now my car was sold in Canada and will not bring any money to speak of so then I find out also it has had 5 owners before me and that turned the dealers off to so I thought well ok I really like the car anyway so I will just keep it. Then in september of last year I put my car on Craigslist. It did not take long and the dealers were calling me. All of them wanted it till I told them the vin number and they saw it sold new in canada and they said they were not interested in the car. Then I had the last one call from OKC [not giving the dealership name out] and I told him before I gave him the vin about it sold new in canada and he said no big deal to him and he bought it. So I don't know what or if there is anything about buying a car that sold new in Canada but I can tell you now I always ask how many previous owners and where did the car sale new at before I start dealing for one. Maybe there is nothing to it but for me I will not buy a vehicle that was sold new in Canada. Sorry for the long letter but I felt like telling the story today!

The issue with bringing a car across the border is it has to go through a safety inspection with very insignificant differences if there was any in the year your car was made, 2015.
I would rather have syphillis than sell the Z. The new Camaro is way too small, too intrusive with electronics and looks are not anywhere near the 5th Gen. |

I like both cars. Both have more performance than I have the skills to make use of. Both are attractive for different reasons. Gen 5 looks like a muscle car. Gen 6 looks like a race car. I prefer the muscle car look. Probably because I was just a little too young to participate the first time.
