To my knowledge there arent any Cold air intakes for 5.0s that DONT require a tune. The 5.0 is tuned if it has a CAI.

There are several no tune CAIs.
Should be a drivers race. If he has a tune or ORX I would say mustang but just CAI and mufflers I would give the nod to the Camaro only because of the drag radials, but it will come down to drivers either way.

Nice job! Mustangs get too much credit. Yes, they are faster due to weight, but it isn't THAT huge of a difference. Your mods are good for ~40-50rwhp over stock. With the DR's he never had a shot in hell.

If you car runs with long tubes and no tune as bad as mine did the day I bolted them on before I tuned it a few hours later...you might lose. I think when I bolted my headers on, the car was slower (for 15 minutes until I tuned it) than it had been beforehand.
Tune it...game over.
