Anyone have part numbers?

I have FE4, but I’m o. Airlift 3P, and have BMR rear sway bar and Detroit speed end links.

I want to go BMR toe and trailing and then RUCA and cradle bushings. Although solid I’ve heard gives too much for what I’m looking for (spirited driving on weekends and road course a few times a gear). Want to enjoy driving it city and mountain for several hours at a time.

You can’t go wrong with solid cradle bushings an you can find them here for cheap every now and then. I think Hendricks engineering has the old Pegasus design fairly cheap, PAFDT are better than what they were, and BMR makes a nice set of fully poly, and DSE makes a bangin set up but they are a tick spendy cheaper the PAFDT/AFE’s and them are locked in because they have a threaded lower bushing an ring.

I've got the DSE solid bushings. They were expensive but they are also the best solid option out there. Ride is definitely harsher with solids don't let anyone tell you different.

Everyone who has them has told me this. I’m wondering if poly is a better balance for my street car I like to take on few hour drives at a time.

If you're more of a "cruiser" don't do solid. I'm debating going poly.

I added the solid bushings and didn't notice a much stiffer ride - a little bit but not much. I regularly do 3+ hour drives as well and don't mind the slightly reduced comfort at all, but I guess it's a matter of opinion. I also have 12kg springs and a 32mm solid rear bar and still don't mind the longer drives.

I have kw v3 coil overs and I love the adjustability and ride height but hate the ride I also run bmr front and rear sway bars.. it’s handles turns so well but honestly hate the street ride stiffness will be putting stock suspension with lowering springs or maybe air suspension.
