This is not true.
A car is not "automatically" totaled if the airbags deploy.
It certainly adds to the repair cost, but a car is only totaled when the cost of repair is more than the value.

In PA they were thinking about passing a law that every driver has to take a road test every 10 years. And past the age of 70 they have to take one every 5 years. So i guess that would cut off some older people that shouldn't drive. Because here in PA there are alot of accidents that are caused by either young, reckless drivers or older drivers.

Tests will only keep people that abide by the law from driving if they fail. And from the way most drivers drive today, they don't care about the law.
