Maybe use some Victory Red color vinyl stripe material about 3/8" wide
and run it horizontal to spoiler right at the natural body line to cover the the holes?
I put clear EXPEL film under my spoiler to prevent paint rub against the trunk lid and it is so thin the film edge does not show up; maybe red vinyl would blend right in as well.
