Need some pictures
Hey All,
Looking for a little help to grow my car photo site gallery. To help make it worth your time, I pay $2 per picture which can be used to buy AMSOIL (yes, I'm a dealer). Even if you don't use AMSOIL, they also have a nutritional supplement subdivision (Altrum) and organic fertilizer subdivision (Aggrand), so there should be something for everyone. I also do profit sharing for any of you amateur photographers out there. Take a look at the upload page for full details (profit sharing link is at the bottom). See my signature for links to both websites. Thanks in advance for any support from all my fellow Camaro enthusiasts. Also, I apologize in advance if I've broken any forum rules. |

I'll look into it when I get home. Is it okay if there are license plates in the pics? If not, I could try to photoshop an AMSOIL logo over them.

Many people don't like to post pictures with their license plate visible for privacy reasons/concerns. The reality is that if you drive your car on public roads, your license plate number is not a secret anyways. However, it never hurts to try to limit disclosure. I don't mind if the license plates are visible or not, but the owner of the car may not appreciate it. If the picture was taken in a public location, and not at a private residence without the owner's permission, there is minimal concern.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed thus far, and I hope you take full advantage of the credits you've earned.
Still hoping for a lot more pictures from other members. Pictures from car shows, cruises, autocross events, drag strips, race tracks, etc. are all welcome. Just make sure they are high-res and at least 1280x960 or greater resolution if possible. 5-10 different pictures/views of the same car is usually acceptable. I've committed a lot of time and money towards growing the site and giving back to the contributors. At $2 per picture, this is a great opportunity for everyone, and is the best giveaway on the internet for uploading cool car/truck/bike pictures. |
