2013 SS Clutch recomendation 700rwhp

Stock clutch just started slipping and I need to replace it. I have 700RWHP so I need something better then stock but I daily drive the car all summer and I get stuck in stop and go traffic almost every day so I need something with good street manners. Any suggestions?

The McLeod RXT is a great setup! Exactly what your looking for, good street manners but able to hold higher whp.

I can get you pricing if you'd like too.

I have a mcleod twin disk and have issues with vibration around 1400 to 1800 rpm that makes the trans sound like it is going. After all the work and repairs done it is proven to be the clutch and pressure plate.

It works fine but you have to stay out of that rpm range or it sounds terrible.

Next year will be a different brand for me.

Search McLeod vibration and you will see a pattern with the reports.

The Monster LT1-S Twin will drive very nicely for you, but I'm sure you're flirting with it's 700RWTQ rating: http://www.tickperformance.com/monst...-capacity-700/

Although it is more expensive, the LT1-S Triple would drive like a dream and support up to 1000RWTQ: http://www.tickperformance.com/monst...city-1000rwtq/

I’m hearing the same thing about the McLeod clutch’s
I seen on instagram that they are unbalance like 15-20 grams and need to be balanced

Ran the Monster LT1-S twin for over 30k miles at 650+ to the tire both LSA blower and Nitrous before that. Never an issue and a local guy is using it in his vette now at around 800hp.

Call Thomas at Hendrix and talk to him about the Street Slayer. I ran the triple and graduated to the quad. The twin would do just fine at your power level.

Amazing clutch with stock feel and stunning clamp force when you want it....
