yesterday we pulled into a deli/ bagel shop as I get out this guy is walking towards my car and says " you should wait till next year because they will be making a purple camaro" I said to him "purple isn't my thing" he then says "yeah black is the best color", I replied "if you like washing a car alot it is"
I just find it weird some of the things people say when your in this car.... im my last 10 cars no one said anything but with this car it seems people like to talk and say all sorts of odd things.

I had one guy at the gas station say" nice car, but you should had got a mustang". That's when a nicely said" I wanted a Camaro.........they sell mustangs right down the street....why don't you got check one out" So he gets his ford focas and takes off.

Haven't had any weird comments yet. Though what I do get allot is someone comes up when I park at gas stations, etc and starts talking about the car. Not that its a bad thing since I'm a polite guy and don't mind bs'ing for a few minutes about cars...but then after they start talking I find their car knowledge stops at it has wheels and you put gas in it

On two different occasions someone has asked me if that thing has the "HEMI" in it. With which I reply "NO", this is a Chevy Camaro.

Most every comment about the color of my car has been how great it is, but I actually had someone ask me if I honestly liked the color of my car...I mean seriously did they think I had no other option then to buy the car I bought?

While its not really weird, it is highly aggrevating.....I have had several guys pull up next to me and ask if I needed someone to teach me how to drive that thing....uggh... meanwhile they are usually in some sort of 4 banger import.

I had a guy sit and tell me how the camaro and mustang are nearly identical in looks... personally I don't see much resemblence other than the tucked away headlights and the fact they are both 2 door cars....

Someone asked me if it was the new malibu SS

(my car is de-badged...so he has no clue what it was)...someone else pulled up to me in a Hummer H2 and asked if I wanted to trade.

I've also gotten asked a few times if it was a challenger.

Also a few of the "It's bumblebee!!!" comments (even though my car is blue).
