Front Runner tires!

My 17x5" RTS are 2 weeks from being finished and now I'm looking @ the PHOENIX DRAG 27x4.5x17s but they weigh 31lbs I had the impression these where bias plys. I am going to be running a 27" tall tire out back but these are the only 27s I have found. What are other tires out there?

Going to a shorter front runner tire will cause ABS/traction control issues. I've learned this the hard way.

I've been running a 26" up front and 27" out back for 6 months and fuse pulls gets it done. This time 27s all 4 corners.

Are the Pheonix 27's not a Bias ply? and does the 27 affect the abs?
