I had a company recruiting me for a similar gig when I got out of the Navy. I loved the prospect of the money, just not the requirement to go back to the sand box for a year.

We've got quite a few guys with an IT background. I'm sure you could fit in just fine. You have to learn a lot about computers to do this job. I came from an aviation maintenance background so the computer part was a little tough for me. As long as you can maintain a clearance, you're in.

Yea, I was out here for 4 months last year. Had a good time, and then got a little too comfortable at home. But I'll get back in the groove pretty soon. I'm out here for 6 months this time. It really sucks being away from home though. I'm only doing this until I finish my Embry Riddle degree.

I was working on a professional aeronautics degree from them a couple of years ago. I wanted to get in the cockpit of a commercial airliner. Unfortunately that job market is way too unstable and I switched to another degree at Chapman.

Yeah, prof aero is what I'm working on. I got out of the Navy as an AM1 and with my previous college credit and military credit, they awarded me 54 credits towards a B.S. Only 66 to go!
