Ahem... Mine doesn't suck. Feel free to steal it. OR... come up with something better.
The cool part about mine is it isn't very tall so it doesn't eat up much space on the thread.

I DO like the one Camaro45thAE is using. I may have to steal that one and alternate from week to week.

It was in Jacksonville, NC. The Tobbaco Road Cruisers put it on. Camaro South Jacksonville took "Best Club Participation!" There were over 100 cars out there of all makes, models, and years. It was great (to be a small town show).

Go for it. It's one that I did in Illustrator. I own a graphics company, so if I can find some time maybe I'll bust out a few 45th sig images and have a variety to choose from

not to burst anyone's bubble, but i drove to a dealership last week and looked at another 45th, which also had the same striping effect on the driver's side door as mine.

i also had my paint thickness measured with a paint thickness gauge at the same dealer, only to show normal readings which did not indicate that the panel had anything but factory paint on it.

so, net-net is i think this color is just picky in some lighting. i have an eye for this stuff and saw it on a random car at a dealership, so my guess is that we all have this effect in the right light somewhere on our cars. it could be a defect but as hightower said, it's a huge hassle and not a worry-free hassle to get it resprayed. probably just need to live with it.

I have a 45th related question as I believe the wheel paint is different than other wheels. I chipped the paint on one of my wheels the other day, small chip on edge, still a bummer. So, can I find paint to fix it?? I have painted it with universal silver for the time being but would really like to get it better. Any help would be appreciated

Congrats!!!

And by the way... don't let me know where you live. I'd be tempted to steal those Rockfords.

I'm probably going to be making some new stuff soon as well. I've got Photoshop CS5 on the way to my mailbox right now and I can't wait to play!!

Is it weird that upgraded software makes me feel like a kid at Christmas?

I had some fun with my nephew a while back explaining that its ok to be nerd. He was being picked on by the jocks so to give him a boost I told him that the jocks get the girls in high school but when the paychecks start rolling in later in life most girls will prefer a $100k systems administrator over a $30k broom pusher.

The evil little smile that grew on his face was awesome.

My wife swears that she didn't marry me for my career path but I'm betting it didn't hurt.

That'll help!

And I couldn't agree with you more! You're telling your nephew right!

Our 45th took Best Stock V6 trophy at the Sunshine State Camaro Rally.

Out of 110 camaros, only 2 45ths, mine and another from Tampa area with the stripe delete option. Kinda surprised there wasnt more.... the dealer up the road has 13 of them on the lot!
