Hey y’all- I had a new radio/navigation and back up camera installed in my sons 2011 3.6 V6. The double din dash kit PAC RPK5-gm4101 looks great and seems to work well. Kid loves it! The Temperature LCD screen is blank..? I read that it’s important to know the firmware version number so it can be updated and to be able to access some of its features - splash screen..

Any help will be greatly appreciated! 🙏

Have you tried that updating? Just buy Pac Up module, it's pretty easy to do with that and doesn't cost much in US. Also after that you may contact Pac's tech support if they have ideas (you may try it first also, but there is big risk that they recommend to check updates)
