Also, bear in mind that the car was engineered around 27 lb tires (Trofeos). Tires are unsprung rotating mass. Rotating mass is ~ 3 times harder to accelerate than sprung weight. For example, if you add 5 lbs on each corner, its the equivalent to adding 6o total lbs of sprung weight. At one point I had 35 lb tires on my car and, even though I don't track it, I could feel the weight.

Just FYSA I found Amazon has Michelin Pilot Super Sport tire - 325/30ZR19 105Y XL on sale for 245 ea.
