Smile How Easy Is It To Remove Cats On a ZL 1

How available are replacement pipes? Is this something that can be done in my driveway with minimal tools or require service of a professional?

It is easy... 2 bolts per cat and 2 on a clamp that joins them to the rest of the exhaust...

And the O2 sensors

Have a deep socket , some extensions , and possibly some wd40 depending on rust

I believe ARH and JBA still make the off road pipes you would need. They both make a high flow catted version as does Solo performance. We have some good deals with coupon code CAMARO5.

The install is pretty easy as well unless your bolts are rusted. Then some wd40 and maybe some heat is your best friend.

Or you can just ditch the manifolds and go with a set of long tubes.
