Service Manuals
Does anyone know when service manuals will be available for the 2010 Camaro?
Can a set be purchased from a GM parts counter or does one have to go somewhere else. I know that 'Helm Inc.' as of yet does not have any 2009 manuals released to them. |

Just give it a little time and with 60 easy payments that may be hard to make you will get a free one that comes with a glovebox that locks for safe keeping. |

a6pk2go,
That's an Owners Manual that one finds in the glove box. Not the service manual set. But thanks all the same. |

No one has any 2009 manuals yet. I've only found one place that has an estimated publish date and it says summer 2009. I bet the 2010's will follow in summer of 2010.

Any news on this? GM normally puts out an early beta book with a version update expiration (Means it's beta and when normal book comes overrides errata).
GM does make good service manuals. Don't even waste cash on the cheap ones. |

I'd spend the couple hundred bucks, or whatever it costs nowadays, to get a geniun GM manual. Those things have EVERYTHING in them, unlike the Haynes and Chiltons. Expensive, be you get ever little detail. Hopefully an on-line version will come out along with a parts catalog. I used to order them from Howell, I think... Nope; sorry - Helm; just like the OP said.
