Which Coil springs to use.
Thoughts on which lowering coils to use. I used dse on my Ss and was very pleased but they don't have a zl1 offering

I've seen good reviews on Pedders and Eibach for the ZL1. I go back and forth on lowering mine and have for months.

the three I have seen are pedders, eibach, phadt. Normally I don't like eibach that much but a couple people have given them good reviews. some people have said the PFADTS are noticable stiffer that stock.
by name normally I like PFADT suff over the others and have ran all these brands on different cars. but if they are way stiff they may not be the best for a driver. I had pedders on my 300C and I was kind of mixed about them but that was a different car.

My recommendation would be Hotchkis springs for 1", and Pfadt for 1.25" Both springs are excellent quality and ride great. Please feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.

Decisions,decisions, decisions!
I am glad this subject is being discussed. I am leaning towards the Pfadt also. Tyler, you are not helping at all!

I've never delt with either company but it seemed like when i preordered my first ss pedders and pfadt were already developing parts so i will lean towards those two brands. prolly couldn't go wrong with either. I like a the stiffer ride i got with lowering my ss. I kinda like the feedback if that makes sense. keep the inout coming guys thanks for chiming in. I'm prolly gonna go with this mod first because its something i know for sure im gonna do why wait
