Need some help

I have a 2011 chevy Camaro Lt. The Driver and passenger windows won't roll down, or up, radio doesn't time out after turning the car off and opening driver door. When opening the driver door the window doesnt slide down like its suppose to also the dash board doesnt show that the doors are open when they are actually open. The newest thing is that my radio has stopped playing music and doesnt beep when backing up. I have taken it to the dealership and they couldn't figure it out.. I have changed the bcm, switches, fuses, and door actuator on the drivers side. Window motors are good, my battery is brand new and I have checked multiple different grounds. I have tried re- indexing the windows. My next step is changing the wiring harness unless someone else has any information. Tomorrow I am checking the wires behind the radio. Any help would be very appreciated

I'm a little confused. You said neither side window rolls up or down. How did you try re indexing them if they don't move?

Press the switches in the downward position for 10 seconds then in the upward position for 10 seconds, obviously it didn't work because the windows dont work right now. Hints the reason why I asked for any more information. They are both rolled up right now.

There have been reports on here of a heavily corroded connector feeding the door causing problems. Not sure if that is actually in the door or in the jamb. I would hope that the dealer would have checked that. It's possible the radio is unrelated since it didn't start at the same time.

I will look into that and I doubt they checked it. The only thing thats new is no sound coming from The radio. All the other issues came at the same time. I pulled the harness off at the door jam and left it off for 15 minutes and it didnt appear to have any corrosion built up but I am going to check it again just in case I missed something.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 10 - 15 minutes to reset the systems?

I am giving him time, I have no issue with waiting especially if he can figure out what the issue is.

the radio fixed itself so I am assuming it has a short or the radio is going bad. Still having the other issues

I had something similar on one of my Corvettes. Some of the wires between the drivers door and body were being pinched/bent/shorted and causing issues that would come and go. Power windows, radio, interior lights, dash, ect were all affected.

I was thinking that at first but door locks and the lights on the doors still work. But I will most definitely check on that. I think the issue is in the drivers door for sure
