How much would it cost to make the ls7 fit a lfx v6 maro

I've read a few posts that say it has yet to be done, a few people have/are in the process of trying but it seems close to impossible, it's not like in the past when it was possible to pull a motor and just put in something different, from what I've read you would have to basically strip the entire car including wiring harnesses ecm pcm and everything else and start from scratch

Okay I heard it was about 12000 to swap over to the v8 . I just wanted to see what you guys views where before pulling buying the turbo .. Still going to get the ls7 it's a steal I will just put it in something else. Thanks

Fitting is not a problem. There is plenty of room so it will drop right in. But you will have to upgrade the electronics and entire drive train, not just the engine. It would be cheaper to trade for an SS, swap the LS3 for the LS7, and sell the LS3.
