IMHO if you can get away with it get some touch up paint from the dealer for like $30 and then have the bumper repainted when you get back from Laughlin. Just incase you end up getting peppered with rock chips...

I was already thinking about that..... Since I was the one who suffered the most last time from chips.

I still haven't recovered from all that damage. The paint on our cars is just so freaking thin. Every day I go to my car I find more chips on the hood... Time for a new hood~

Not at all, you just may not get on the bridge for the photo op. While the photo is cool, being on the bridge was a very small part of an awesome time.
Please post on the AZ site. |

Please sign me up for the meeting point in Morgan Hill as well. Got the "baby sitters" aka grand-parents confirmed and I'll try to keep up with the line - lol! As long as I'm not in the first or last - I'm cool .
BTW - how long is lunch in Barstow? If we arrive around 12:45 PM are we assuming about an hour break and leaving Barstow around 2:00 PM? I'm guessing it's go do your own thing for lunch but meet back at Chevron to leave for Laughlin? |

Is it just me or are the forums unusually quiet for an event that is roughly 2 weeks away - especially for such a large event? I'm also following the thread on the Arizona All Gen's website as well.

CA never made much of a turnout in the previous years, this will be the largest.
Keep in mind most events are quiet until the day before when everyone remembers they had something to do |

San Diego military peeps...... The MWR office at Balboa Naval Hospital has a discount coupon book for Laughlin. It has buy one-get one deals for food, drinks and hotel stays. If your going you may as well check out the deals. The book is free.
If you don't know where there MWR office is, it's across the sidewalk from the ER. |
