glad I didn't put money in SCG products now knowing how they operate. Plenty good companies out there for Dylan to land at. you can't fake the passion for detailing, thought SCG lacked that before Dylan and now it is the same old sub par brand it was before Dylan got there. there loss is some other companies gain IMO!

Adam's should take him back with open arms. He was an asset there and I'm sure they know it. I know he's well respected on just about every car and truck forum there is, and is always available to answer questions, dispel myths, and demonstrate proper techniques and product usage, regardless of what company logo is on his polo shirt.

In any case, I'm sure he'll easily find new employment in the detailing industry, and I wish him the best.

Exclamation

Wow how sad..... I just ordered and received about $150 in products from them because of Dylan's work here.

Should I return this stuff or keep it?

I'd return it. And I'd tell them why

I did, called em up. Spoke with one of the main guys on their forums over the phone.

Seemed like he could care less. Told him exactly why due to their method of handling Dylan, he didn't comment on it and went straight to how the return process worked while changing his friendly tone into a more stern and irritated one.

They don't pay return shipping... I don't know if I should eat this $45 cost for both boxes I have to ship back. UPS Ground... bleh

I'd just keep the products if it's going to cost that much to return. You got your point across as a customer. You bought the products and would have used them had Dylan still worked there, so it's not as though they are 'bad' products. Karma will come around.

I just unsubscribed from their emails and unlocked their Facebook page. Not that this will hurt them in anyway but I'm also done with their products.
