I have 14' ceilings in my garage. Put in 4 T8 ballasts with "true white" bulbs, or something like that. Perfect for detailing when I cant do it outside.

Being in OK, I dont think you will experience the cold winters like I do in Northern IN, but high output ballasts are worth their weight in gold up here.
