JPSS designed the front 5th Gen Camaro Knuckle Drop with an additional 5mm of track, and modified the position of the upper ear. Together, these changes allow the front strut to lean further in for increased negative camber adjustment. The additional track width helps reduce understeer, even with staggered wheel and tire fitments. JPSS achieves all this while maintaining the symmetry and geometry of the OE arm operation for the virtual pivot front suspension. The OE dust shield installs without modification.

Why does the SS get less? Feeling dissed.

The OE coils and dampers are not quite as good on the SS as they are on the 1LE, ZL1 and Z/28 so one Thumbs up less, but we can fix that too

So the knuckle gives you a inch drop??? Since I have SS an I'm going to use a ZL1 spring set which gives 3/4 to 1 inch drop, is it a reasonable assumption that I will get almost 2 inches of drop???

JPSS Kncukle Drop = 1"
Drop Spring = 3/4"

Total Drop = 1 3/4"

I'll have to double check the ZL1 drop though as I am not sure it is 3/4" off the top of my head.

We are huge fans of the 5th Gen Camaro IRS – there is a lot of grip designed in, and it puts down power better mid-corner on than the C6 or C7 Corvette. But, the excellence of the IRS combined with the forward weight bias and narrower front track means that the 5th Gen understeers. The OE Camaro front knuckles use virtual pivot technology similar to a BMW, but the IRS sticks better than the front virtual pivot. Understeer is somewhat reduced on the 5th Gen through semi-square OE wheels and tires, along with more aggressive sway bars on the 1LE and Z/28. Increasing front wheel negative camber would help more, but there is limited adjustment available with OE or aftermarket wheels / tires.

The plan was to announce pricing yesterday We are working to reduce the amount of machine time which in turn reduces cost. Give me a little more time please.
