My furkid made the evening news

Here's my son, Buddy. He's my 2 yr. old Golden.

I took Buddy last weekend to a dog walk to raise money for the fight against cancer in dogs, and the local news channel got him on film.

He's been used for a catalogue, now on TV...maybe it's time to find him an agent!

That's awesome!

I never heard anyone use the word "furkid" before. I might have to steal that one from you.

How wonderful! I didn't know there was such an organization - I have lost 3 of my sweet dogs to cancer.

I guess I've stolen it as well as I've seen it used before.

Here is the organizations website; http://www.ccrusa.org/. I'm sorry to read about your loss. :( Losing a pet is never easy. :(:(

Having Buddy, (and Bruiser, and Moose, my previous Goldens) has been a blessing. They've all brought me great memories and experiences, and I love each one of them dearly.

Thanks everyone!

Very cool.

My Golden has never been on TV, but she does watch a lot of TV from her favorite recliner.
