2013 2SS RS seatbelt straps

The magnetic closing straps that my seat belts go through do not stay closed. They easily pop open when either the driver or the passenger pull the seatbelt to put it on, not even putting much pressure on the strap holder. I had a 2011 model and don't remember having this problem. Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions? I guess I'll end up taking in to the dealer, but I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. Thanks in advance.

On our '11 the magnets break free fairly easy. Normal i think.

It is crap. If I have a complaint, that would be it.

I wish there was an aftermarket solution to this.

This annoyed me at first, but I now put on my seat belt differently and it doesn't happen. I now reach across with my right arm and grab the seat belt. Before I used my left arm and that was actually more awkward and pulled the loop out each time.

On my old 2010 they broke away too easily. On my 2011 SS the magnets are much stronger and no issue at all.

You're right, my v6 doesn't have to handle the same G-Force.
