I am from Bergen county, New Jersey. (north jersey, near George Washington bridge.)

Does anyone know of anyone around this area that would be able to perform this work? I am not at all knowledgeable with this, wouldn't even consider doing it myself with detailed instructions. Wouldn't want to order and then just be stuck with it.

So does anyone know anyone in this area who would be capable of doing this?
