Alcantara
I'm sure its somewhere in a post but just wanted to say a little warm water, clean towel, and a tooth brush brings back the life of the steering wheel and anything alcantara in your vehicle. Took me abt 15 minutes to clean and its like brand new again. The amount of dirt was actually kind of gross. In the short amount of time since I replaced my leather steering wheel to the alcantara. Anyways no need to by some expensive cleaner....

For tuff stains a little Woolite in the water helps a lot.

I've use tuff stuff sprayed onto a micro fiber towel, and my Adam's cockpit brush to keep my faux suede/alcantara looking good.
My steering wheel was so matted when I first purchased the car that it looked like leather... my methods above brought it right back to life.
