Well... they may be in a region that's prone to floods, and these floods cause regular car paint to get ruined...

Im not suprised. That horrific style has ruined many vehicles, The biggest rims on a 5th generation Camaro I had seen prior to this was 24s (might have been 26s) just by eyeballing it.
